Reasonably clean and affordable hotel with helpful and attentive staff. Large, updated rooms with a good pool. Clean bathroom and very comfy bed. Perfect setting in a really quiet area, very close to malls. Friendly services and excellent Wi-Fi. No charge for wake up service and ironing.

Great breakfast options available here, including some other choices. The location of this place is really nice, close to many shopping areas 🛍️. Plus, it's in a peaceful spot away from the train tracks.

The stay was fantastic. The room was Roomy and Comfy, the Courtyard was so pleasant. The staff were incredible!!!!!
Sadly I awoke very ill from chemicals. I happened to pick the day that they were cleaning/shampoo the carpets. I reacted badly to them and was very ill the next day.

the location was marvellous, for example, a large shopping center was just a short stroll away from the hotel. the staff were fast and courteous yet not intrusive. truly enjoyed to spend 6 days in our updated suite with a great balcony and a microwave, for example.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to breakfast and lunch spots, the outskirts of downtown Portland, and there's free parking available. the room we stayed in was equipped with central heating, a TV, a fridge, and a bath.

I am sure this is a great place for a business traveler. It was close to food and coffee and did have it's own services which were good. The room was very well layed out and was a great place for the price. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

clean property and rooms
i booked on Booked.net, really didn't know, so was excluded from the breakfast. You had three guards over the food as we left the hotel for breakfast. overkill for a very limited breakfast, and a way of saying thanks for staying, well, no YOU are not a favored guest. I saw the picture set online and saw the breakfast area, "assumed" it was part of the deal. Will look closer next time.....at another hotel.

The staff was extremely helpful and excellent. The room was newly decorated and had a microwave. I loved having a great balcony. The location is convenient, close to the train station, Starbucks, and Einstein's Bagels. The check-in process was quick and efficient. It's close to everything we needed.

Staff friendly and helpful
Would like more onsite food options, especially for youth team visits.

Bed was very comfortable--even better than our old Sleep Number bed. Location was terrific too.
Lots of noise, people talking very loud in the hallways and unsupervised boys wandering our hallway. Bathroom counter was very inefficient.
